01 — What we deliver

Campus construction, summer-tight.

Educational facility work runs on the academic calendar. Summer is the build window. If a project doesn't complete in summer, it waits a year.

We deliver education and campus construction across public school district work, private K-12 schools, charter schools, daycare and early childhood learning facilities, and higher-education campus buildings and renovation.

Summer-window scheduling is the discipline. Projects that need to be ready for August occupancy have to complete in June-July — which means preconstruction wraps by December, design by February, and procurement happens in March-April. We manage the full cycle to hit the academic calendar, not just the construction phase.

Public district work brings procurement complexity — competitive sealed proposal, cooperative purchasing, and job order contracting (JOC) are all valid paths depending on the district and project. We're familiar with each path's requirements and timing dependencies.

02 — Why us

Built for this scope.

Six things education & campus clients consistently raise during preconstruction — and how we address each one.

01

Summer-Window Discipline

Projects that need to serve students by August have to complete by late July. Schedules built backward from student return, not forward from district approval.

02

District Coordination

Public school district procurement, board approval cycles, bond program documentation, and construction manager-at-risk (CMAR) delivery within our capability.

03

Occupied-Campus Work

Work on campuses with active students requires specialized site logistics — secured deliveries, visitor badging, separated construction zones, and sound/dust control.

04

CHPS & Green School Awareness

Indoor air quality, acoustic environment, daylighting, and healthy material selection for schools that pursue CHPS or similar standards.

05

JOC Experience

Job Order Contracting is common for Texas district work. We understand the JOC unit pricing, quick-response scheduling, and standardized scope documentation.

06

K-12 Through Higher Ed

Elementary and middle school renovations, high school specialized spaces (STEM labs, performing arts, athletics), and higher-education campus buildings.

03 — FAQ

Common questions.

For anything specific, call (832) 548-0660 or send the scope. One business day response.

Do you work on public school district projects?
Yes. Public district work through competitive sealed proposal, CMAR, and JOC delivery paths. Familiar with district procurement cycles and board approval timing.
What about occupied-campus renovation?
Standard scope. Occupied-campus work requires secured deliveries, separated construction zones, visitor protocols, and sound/dust control coordinated with the academic schedule.
Can you hit a summer window?
Yes. Summer-window scheduling is core to our education practice. To hit August occupancy, preconstruction typically needs to wrap by December the prior year.
Do you deliver on CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk)?
Yes. CMAR is common for larger district projects. Preconstruction services during design, GMP development at drawings completion, and delivery through closeout.
What about JOC (Job Order Contracting)?
Yes. JOC unit-price work for smaller district scope — renovations, additions, and specialty work — delivered on faster timelines than traditional procurement.
Do you work on daycare and early childhood facilities?
Yes. Daycare and early childhood learning facilities within our education practice. Childcare licensing requirements, playground coordination, and specialty childhood-facility scope handled as standard.
