Apartment Community Strip-Out
Interior strip-out of 320 occupied units ahead of full renovation. Phased around resident schedules with dust control, noise mitigation, and protective enclosures built into each unit turn.

Pillars of Seven self-performs structural, selective, and interior demolition — from multi-story building take-downs to surgical tenant strip-outs. Concrete and slab removal, site clearing, and specialty scope including pool and garage demolition.
Every project is permitted, documented, and hauled off to licensed disposal. Recyclable material is diverted where feasible. Work in occupied buildings is planned around tenants with dust, noise, and access controls.
Six categories cover the majority of commercial and industrial demolition work. Each one is self-performed by Pillars of Seven crews with the right equipment, permits, and disposal logistics.
Full building take-downs — multi-story commercial, industrial, and multi-family structures. Utility disconnections, surveyed take-down sequencing, and controlled execution with adjacent-property protection.
Surgical removal of specific elements — walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures — while leaving the rest of the structure intact. Tenant turns, renovation prep, and partial-scope work.
Tenant improvement demolition and gut renovations. Walls, ceilings, flooring, MEP rough-in, and finishes removed to shell condition. Dust and noise controls built in.
Slab-on-grade removal, foundation demolition, concrete cutting, and breaking. Recycled on-site when feasible or hauled to licensed concrete recyclers.
Vegetation removal, grading prep, debris removal, and site preparation for new construction. Coordinated with civil and grading teams for hand-off.
Pool demolition and haul-off, garage tear-downs, deck removal, and other specialty work. Permits pulled, utilities handled, and the site left clean for next use.

Five stages with clear owner touchpoints. Demolition is permanent — we make sure every decision is documented before the first wall comes down.
On-site walk-through, existing-condition documentation, hazmat screening referral where required, and scope confirmation.
Itemized estimate with labor, equipment, permits, and disposal. Alternates flagged. Recycling credits noted where applicable.
Demolition permits pulled, utility disconnections coordinated, tenant notifications sent, and protective enclosures installed before work begins.
Self-perform crews execute with daily progress reports, photo documentation, and continuous debris removal to keep the site safe.
Disposal manifests filed, recycling documentation provided when requested, final cleanup, and site turned over ready for next trade.
Three representative demolition engagements — scope, location, and outcome. Full portfolio and references available on request.

Selective demolition for a retail tenant improvement. Interior walls, ceilings, flooring, and MEP rough-in removed to shell condition. Adjacent tenants remained in full operation throughout.
