Self-perform
commercial demolition.

Demolition is where projects either stay on schedule or slip the rest of the build. A subcontractor that won't mobilize until two weeks out, doesn't have current insurance on file, or misjudges the structure can push your slab pour back a month.

Our crews handle structural, selective, interior, site clearing, and engineered opening demolition across Texas and Louisiana. Permitted, insured, and on-call for tight-schedule work in occupied buildings.

Coverage across Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, the Gulf Coast industrial corridor, and Louisiana.

Demolition scope
we self-perform.

Structural Demolition+

Whole-building and major structural removal. Concrete, steel, masonry. Equipment-driven work for site clearing or partial-building removal where the structure itself comes down.

Selective Demolition+

Partial-building demolition preserving structure or adjacencies. Common on adaptive reuse, mid-project scope changes, and occupied facilities where surrounding spaces must stay operational.

Interior & Tenant Strip-Out+

Full interior demolition for tenant changeover. Walls, ceilings, MEP rough-in removal, flooring, and fixtures. Dust control, after-hours scheduling, and surface protection for occupied adjacencies.

Site Clearing+

Lot clearing for new construction. Existing structures, paving, foundations, debris removal, and site prep for the new footprint.

Engineered Openings+

Cuts, openings, and structural modifications. Wall openings, slab penetrations, structural reinforcement coordination. Common on adaptive reuse where new programming requires altering existing structure.

Commercial demolition
questions.

What's the difference between selective and structural demolition?+

Structural demolition removes the building or major load-bearing elements — full teardown or substantial structural removal. Selective demolition takes out specific elements while preserving the rest of the structure. Most renovation work is selective; site clearing or full replacement is structural.

Do you work in occupied buildings?+

Yes. Interior strip-out and selective demolition in occupied facilities is one of our specialties. We sequence work with dust control, sound limits, after-hours scheduling, and surface protection for adjacent operational spaces.

Do you handle permitting and insurance?+

Yes. Permitted and insured on all jobs. We coordinate demolition permits with local jurisdictions, utility disconnect coordination, and carry standard commercial liability and workers' compensation across Texas and Louisiana.

Do you handle asbestos or hazardous materials?+

We coordinate with licensed hazmat and abatement specialists for asbestos, lead paint, and other regulated materials. Pre-demolition surveys and abatement happen before our crews mobilize on the demolition itself.

What's your typical project schedule?+

Interior tenant strip-out typically runs 1–3 weeks depending on size and complexity. Selective and structural demolition varies with building size and disposal logistics.

Do you self-perform or subcontract?+

All commercial demolition is executed by our in-house crews. Not subcontracted out. When project schedules tighten, we deploy directly.
