Self-perform
commercial electrical.

Most contractors split commercial and industrial electrical into separate crews — one team for TI and lighting, a different one for refinery work. We don't.

Our crews carry both qualifications. The same team that wires a medical office tenant build can deploy to classified-area refinery scope, motor controls, or high-voltage distribution. That flexibility matters when your project moves between buildings, scope tightens unexpectedly, or you need one accountable team for both ends of the work.

We cover Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, the Gulf Coast industrial corridor, and Louisiana.

Electrical scope
we self-perform.

TI & Tenant Buildout+

Commercial tenant improvement. Office, retail, medical, and multi-family interior electrical. Branch circuits, devices, lighting controls, low-voltage rough-in, and panel coordination.

Panel & Service Upgrades+

Service entrance and distribution upgrades. Main panel replacement, sub-panel additions, capacity upgrades for tenant changes, and utility coordination.

Lighting & Rewiring+

Commercial lighting design-build and retrofit. LED conversions, lighting controls, emergency egress lighting, and full rewiring on renovation projects.

High-Voltage Distribution+

Medium-voltage transformers, switchgear, and distribution. Common on industrial and large commercial sites where service requirements exceed standard 480V three-phase.

Motor Controls+

VFDs, motor starters, and process equipment controls. Standard on industrial scope — manufacturing, refinery support, water treatment, and equipment-driven facilities.

Instrumentation+

Process instrumentation, control wiring, and PLC interface. Refinery, petrochemical, and process plant scope where signal integrity and classification matter.

Classified-Area Work+

Class I Division 1 and 2 hazardous-area electrical. Explosion-proof fittings, intrinsically safe circuits, conduit sealing, and full code compliance for refinery and petrochemical operating units.

Industries we wire.

Electrical scope crosses every vertical. Same crew handles a medical TI in Galleria as a refinery shutdown in Beaumont.

Commercial electrical
questions.

What's the difference between commercial and industrial electrical?+

Commercial electrical covers tenant improvement, lighting, panels, and standard 480V three-phase work for offices, retail, medical, and multi-family. Industrial electrical covers high-voltage distribution, motor controls, instrumentation, and classified-area scope for refineries, petrochemical plants, and manufacturing. Our crews do both.

Do you do classified-area refinery work?+

Yes. Our industrial crews are qualified for Class I Division 1 and 2 hazardous-area electrical work. Explosion-proof fittings, intrinsically safe circuits, conduit sealing, and code-compliant installation in operating refinery and petrochemical environments.

Can you handle high-voltage distribution?+

Yes. Medium-voltage transformers, switchgear, and primary distribution are part of our standard industrial scope. Common on industrial sites where service exceeds 480V three-phase.

What's your typical commercial electrical project?+

Tenant improvement, office buildouts, multi-family unit and common-area electrical, medical office, retail rebrands, and panel/service upgrades. Project range from $25K small TI through $1M+ multi-building scope.

Do you self-perform or subcontract electrical?+

All commercial and industrial electrical is installed by our in-house crews. Not subcontracted out. When schedules tighten, we deploy directly.

Are you bonded and insured?+

Yes. Standard commercial bonding and insurance for all Texas and Louisiana work. Certificates available on request for project-specific coverage requirements.
