Our team completed a full renovation of La Scala Apartments in San Antonio, Texas, upgrading 388 residential units within a four-month schedule. Each unit, averaging 884 sq ft, was transformed through a comprehensive scope of work managed by a 30-member team including engineers, architects, general contractors, and licensed trades.
The renovation encompassed a complete commercial building facelift, exterior metal and siding restoration, roof replacement and maintenance, concrete repairs, and the refurbishment of balconies and staircases. Mechanical upgrades included new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC fixtures installed to modern efficiency and safety standards.
From city permitting to final inspections, our team maintained full compliance with licensing and insurance requirements. The result is a revitalized residential property that reflects superior craftsmanship, structural integrity, and our commitment to on-time, high-quality delivery.
