Our team completed an extensive renovation of Shadowood Apartments in Lake Charles, Louisiana, led by a 30-member crew including an engineer and an architect. This project encompassed 6,160 sq ft of concrete repairs, balcony and staircase refurbishments, and the repair and painting of metal fencing throughout the property.
Each phase of work was executed with precision to reinforce the property’s structural integrity and enhance its visual appeal. Our team managed all city permitting, licensing, and inspections to ensure compliance and safety across every component of construction.
These targeted improvements strengthened the building’s foundation, improved accessibility and tenant safety, and elevated the overall value and appearance of the complex—reflecting our ongoing commitment to quality craftsmanship and durable results.
