Our team completed a major renovation project at South College Gardens Apartments in Lafayette, Louisiana, delivering key structural and safety upgrades across the property. The scope of work included balcony and staircase repairs, full roof replacement and maintenance, and 4,444 sq ft of concrete restoration.
