Self-perform
commercial roofing.

Most general contractors subcontract every roof. When the sub is late or quality slips, the GC escalates and re-calls. The project waits.

Our commercial roofing crews work for us. When a schedule tightens, we deploy. When quality needs holding, we own it directly. When scope changes mid-project, we move without negotiation.

That control matters on Gulf Coast work — hurricane windows, refinery shutdowns, occupied retail, and storm response don't wait for a subcontractor's next available crew. We're in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and across the Gulf Coast industrial corridor.

Roof systems
we install.

TPO +

Single-ply thermoplastic membrane. Energy-efficient white surface reflects solar load — common on retail, industrial, and self-storage facilities in the Texas heat. Welded seams, 15 to 25-year manufacturer warranties.

EPDM +

Synthetic rubber membrane. Long service life, strong against thermal cycling. Common on industrial and warehouse roofs. Ballasted, mechanically attached, or fully adhered.

Modified Bitumen +

Multi-ply asphalt membrane. Proven longevity, strong puncture and traffic resistance. Common on hospitals, restaurants, and roofs with high foot traffic for service access.

PVC +

Single-ply thermoplastic with chemical resistance. Specified where the roof sees grease, oils, or chemical exposure — restaurants, manufacturing, processing facilities.

Metal Roof Systems +

Standing seam, R-panel, and structural metal panels. Highest durability and longest service life. Hurricane-rated assemblies for Gulf Coast wind exposure. Common on industrial, agricultural, and pre-engineered metal buildings.

Storm Response +

Emergency tarping, deck repair, and full re-roof after named storms. Insurance and adjuster coordination across Texas and Louisiana. Crews deployable within 24 hours of landfall.

Industries we roof.

Roofing scope crosses every vertical we serve. The system is selected for the building use, not the other way around.

Commercial roofing questions.

What commercial roofing systems do you install?+

We self-perform TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, PVC, and metal roof systems. Selection depends on the building use, foot traffic, chemical exposure, span, and the owner's lifecycle preferences.

Do you self-perform or subcontract roofing?+

All commercial roofing is installed by our in-house crews. When a schedule tightens or scope changes mid-project, we deploy directly without subcontractor negotiation.

What roofing systems perform best in Texas and the Gulf Coast?+

TPO and PVC perform well in high heat and reflect solar load. Modified bitumen and metal systems carry hurricane-rated assemblies for Gulf Coast wind exposure. We specify based on building location, code, and insurance requirements.

Do you offer storm response and emergency roofing?+

Yes. We deploy emergency tarping, deck repair, and full re-roof after named storms across Texas and Louisiana. Insurance and adjuster coordination available.

Can you re-roof while operations continue?+

Yes. We sequence tear-off and re-deck in phases with weather contingencies to keep operations running. Common on refineries, distribution centers, and self-storage facilities.

What warranties do you provide?+

Manufacturer warranties range from 15 to 30 years depending on system and assembly. Workmanship warranty from Pillars of Seven is one year standard, with extended options on negotiated contracts.
