We managed the full cycle of planning, engineering, permitting, construction, and inspections—ensuring the work met rigorous building-code standards and long-term durability objectives.
The project focused primarily on the repair and reconstruction of concrete surfaces (walkways, slabs, and load-bearing zones) within the property’s footprint, reinforcing structural integrity and improving asset longevity. All phases were executed to specification, with quality controls built into each scope of work to minimize risk and reduce deferred maintenance exposure.
