04 — What to Expect

Working with us.

Trade partner relationships at Pillars of Seven are built on five expectations.

We pay on time

Payment terms documented per contract. Weekly payment application cycles on active projects. No extended payment games, no unnecessary disputes.

We communicate

Weekly project meetings. Look-ahead schedules shared. Change orders priced and approved before execution. You find out from us — not on site.

We document

Your work documented alongside ours. RFIs responded to. Submittals reviewed. Close-out packages assembled. Your reputation is protected when documentation is clean.

We hold standards

Quality expectations are clear. Safety is non-negotiable. Schedule commitments matter. Trade partners who meet our standards get repeat work. Those who don't, don't.

Repeat over lowest bid

Our highest-priority trade partners aren't always the lowest-bid subs. They're the ones who show up, deliver quality, stay on schedule, and handle change professionally. That's what we invest in.
