Our team led a full-scale renovation of Spring Court and Addison III Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee, delivering a 41,690 sq ft transformation that reflects superior craftsmanship and engineering precision. The project encompassed 46 residential units and required a comprehensive overhaul of both infrastructure and aesthetics.
The scope of work included roof replacement, asphalt resurfacing, and demolition of 3,000 sq ft of existing concrete and pool walls. Our engineering and architectural teams coordinated closely to complete exterior painting, install new catch basins, and execute compaction and site restoration with meticulous accuracy. From permitting and compliance through final inspections, each phase was handled with efficiency and technical excellence.
